Can I duplicate a slide in my Interactive Deck?

Yes, you can duplicate a slide, here’s how you do it

Step 1: Make sure you’re inside your Interactive Deck Editor,

Step 2: Go to Home tab inside your deck editor.

Step 3: Click on “Duplicate Slide” button in the ribbon, or Click on icon next to “+” icon in the webform on current page. This will duplicate the current slide that you are editing.

How would I reset my slide contents in my Interactive Deck?

Follow below steps to reset slide contents in the interactive deck;

Step 1: Make sure you’re inside your Interactive Deck Editor

Step 2: Go to Home tab inside your deck editor

Step 3: Click on “Reset Slide” button in the ribbon. This will reset the contents of current slide to default.

How to delete a slide in my Interactive Deck?

Here’s what you should do to delete your interactive deck

Step 1: Make sure you are inside your Interactive Deck Editor

Step 2: Go to Home tab inside your deck editor.

Step 3: Click on “Delete Slide” button in the ribbon(current slide will be deleted).

Yes, it is possible to reposition a slide after it is created. Make sure you are inside your Interactive Deck Editor, follow the below steps to reposition your slide

Step 1: Go to Home tab inside your deck editor.

Step 2: Switch to ‘Sorter’ view in the preview section from the ribbon.

Step 3: This will replace the ‘Mobile’ view in the left to ‘Sorter’ view

Step 4: Now drag the slide, and drop it at the position you want.

I received my login credentials from my Trainer, but I am not able to login

Here are a few reasons why you aren’t able to enter your password;

  1. Check with your trainer if he’s updated the password

2. Please check if you’re using a correct and updated application

3. Passwords are case sensitive – make sure that you don’t have your caps-lock on while entering your password.
