How to Use SCORM On QuoDeck?

SCORM content can be used as an individual learning module in your Learning Course on QuoDeck Platform. Follow below steps to upload your existing SCORM content on QuoDeck.

Step 1: Sign into QuoDeck platform using your Creator credentials.

Step 2: Select the course for editing, in which you wish to upload the SCORM

Step 3: Create or Select desired topic in your course (topic is the learning content wrapper in your QuoDeck course).

Step 4: On given web form locate the option to upload SCORM under “Add Content” header

Step 5: Select this option and upload your SCORM Files (Learning Standard: SCORM 1.2 or Learning Standard: SCORM 2004 2nd Ed. and file size less than 50 megabytes)

Your SCORM content would be uploaded within given course and be ready for consumption by learners on their Learner Apps. 

on my dashboard I see two courses with the same name, How is this possible?

It can happen in the following circumstances;

  1. There is more than one trainer who created course with same name and enrolled you in their courses. So the two courses come from different trainers.
  2. A single trainer who created two courses with the same name (QuoDeck distinguishes between courses using course identifiers and not by name, hence a trainer can give the same name to multiple courses if he wishes so), and enroll you in both courses.

I am a learner, I want to check my progress for a particular course in detail, how do I do that?

Follow the below instructions to check your progress reports;

  1. Login into the learner application using your learner credentials
  2. Go to Progress Report section
  3. Locate the desired course
  4. On the course card, find ‘i’ icon. Click on this icon
  5. It will open a modal, find your detailed course progress report here

I am a learner, on my learner dashboard there appears multiple courses, out of which some course cards do not have a card image, why so?

The QuoDeck creator application allows every course creator to choose card image for the course. It is likely that creator of given course have not uploaded any custom card image for that course. Please connect with your trainer if you wish to raise an issue on this.

How would I broadcast a message to my learners via my Learning App?

Well, if you own an enterprise account, then you have the ability to broadcast messages via social feeds to your learners.

Login using your creator credentials and go to the social section via left navigation menu. You can now create various kinds of broadcast messages viz.

  • A Simple text broadcast message
  • An Image broadcast message
  • A message containing reference of an external link
  • An Image Gallery broadcast
  • Embedded third party video content broadcast

I am trying to login and it shows me message as: ‘Invalid Unique Key or Password’

Make sure you are typing the correct password (note that passwords are case sensitive). If you still can not login to the system, then your account does not exist in the system.

I am getting invalid login credentials message, when I try to login into downloaded app on my mobile, what should I do?

This happens when the given user is not enrolled in the course or either the user does not exist in the system at all.
